A Gluttony Day.

Hmm, finally, it was Friday. Once again, my day off.
Although it was just a week from my previous day off, but it took me ages to wait for it.

My schedule was so blank as i did not go for any driving practice.
Thus, i went to Queensbay Mall with my wife², intending to buy a pair of shoes for myself.

We did not have our lunch properly but instead tried out those little appetizers.
Well, we went to try out the new stalls upstairs, beside the skate park.
The food was not bad but i appreciated the beauty of the becoming and bright blue sea, awesome!
An hour passed by, we had some french fries from the Holland Fries.
Not really worth it.

We wandered around the mall for a few hours, looking for a suitable pair of shoes for me.
Celaka, we ended up in the Dragon-I restaurant. Honestly, the paos were finger licking good but the other dishes were not highly-rated by me.
Astonished! The wet tissues and a small bowl of steamed groundnuts caused us 6 bucks!

For God's sake, i had finally found the finest ever shoes for myself, thanks to recommendation from my wife², i really like them!

Well, we left the mall with joy and of course with bigger tummies.
We had our dinner, bah kut teh together with my parents and my bro.
Thanks for the dinner, my stomach was going to burst.

After excessively filled up our stomach, we lepak-ed at Gurney Plaza. Got nothing to do. Got nothing to buy. Just to spend our time.

Exhaustion started to take over me and i called it a day.
Sien, i still have to work tomorrow. Haiz.

Another thing.
May God bless the Haitians.
Everyone, please do support the victims of the earthquake if you can afford that.

My Day Off.

Well, today i did not have to work but still i had to spare my time to attend the car driving course. Troublesome

Just during the midday, something funny happened.
I was in the car with my wife², halfway to our destination when our car was blocked by an elderly policeman.
Of course we did not commit any crime or defy any traffic rule.
But, we ended up in being embarrassed. Erm, actually, it is not a "we" but a "me".
The policeman was very "kind" as he was reminding me that the zipper on my pants was not fastened, how shameful!

Aikss, spent about 5 hours, attending useless car driving course.
I did not pay any attention to the lecturer's course, not even a single word of his!
Cause i was enjoying the novel, The Great Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.
Well, i cannot deny that i was amazed by the peculiar intelligence of Mr Holmes, absolutely fantastic.
I enjoyed a scenery of sunset along the wide and green aircraft landing area on my way home.

That was all for today.
And..

I would like to share a book with you all as it is really interesting and the words used are quite digestible. It is The Graveyard Book, written by Neil Gaiman. I have finished reading the novel in three days time, hehe. Photobucket

The story starts with a horrific murder of the Dorian family.
However, a toddler escaped from the tragedy luckily.
He went up the graveyard on the other side of the town.
There he was protected by the denizens of the graveyard.
He was raised up and educated by the inhabitants there.
Bod, short for Nobody, was the toddler's name since he was young, given by the inhabitants.
As Bod grown up, he wanted to explore the world outside the graveyard, but it would be not safe to stay out of the graveyard as the man, Jack who killed Bod's family would come back for him.
At last, Bod knew that hiding may not be the best way to confront his enemies and here comes the climax.
Cheers!

My Debut.

Today, i started to work at Artist Gallery, Midlands.

First impression, the shop is big and there are a lot of CD's, of course they are expensive. Hehe.

I love this, stereo stabilizer!

My colleagues were nice to me.
I had not much thing to do, although there were customers.
I was allowed to sit and eat anytime i want, that was great! Photobucket
Intending to bring a novel there and study it tomorrow.
Cheers. Photobucket

The 86399th Second of 31st December.

Blek, just backed from Gurney, after having my dinner at Chilis with my wife².

Hmm, it was 23:59:59. One more second to say tata to the year 2009.Photobucket
I was drinking Vodka and sparkling juice, i started to have a flashback.

It was about my sweet memories with my wife². Photobucket

The Story began:

14/02/09
First meeting. Watched Pink Panther 2, amusing! Photobucket
My wife² had Fillet-O-Fish as dinner, while i could not remember what i have eaten.
I have impressed my wife² with some magic tricks which were entertaining.
*Please do not try this at home* I drove her back to her house without wearing helmets and i went against the traffic as i did not really know the roads there. Luckily, no mata-mata were there and safely arrived at her home. Phew~~

22/02/09
Hmm, second meeting maybe?
Went for the movie, Punisher : War Zone which was violet.
Gave my wife² a second ride, fetching her to St. Nicholas' Home for her club activity's purpose. We have taken a long and sweet ride, it felt great.Photobucket
Finally, we coupled! hehe.

02/04/09
Horrific!
We have met with an accident, banged by a car when we were on my bike to somewhere.
Luckily, we were lightly injured, but scars were left on our bodies.
My wife² met my parents for this first time. It was so dramatic as it happened in a hospital.

18/04/09
It was my wife²'s birthday.
Early in the morning, i woke up and made some Sushi for her. Of course, they were yummy! Photobucket
I was not that retarded in cooking, haha.
In the afternoon, we went to the beach.
Some romantic stuffs happened and promises were made.
"I've always known that you're the one for me."

03/10/09
I have done something fun but childish. Photobucket
Guess what? It was the Moon Cake Festival, and it was raining.
I was the only big boy who walked around with a lighted lantern.
Everyone was looking at me, haha. I love to do something unusual!

27/11/09
There was a big family gathering of mine. The gathering also joined by my wife².
It was to celebrate my grandparents' 50th Wedding Anniversary and my brother's birthday.
My family members were good to my wife²
and the food there was delicious! Photobucket
At end of the gathering, each of us received a red packet from my grandpa.
Thanks a lot ya, grandpa.

15/12/09
It was my birthday. Please refer to my older post.
Photobucket

Voyage to KL.

Christmas Eve.

On boarding the Aeroline bus at around 7.30am.
They provided awesome services and facilities, like food, hot drinks, movies showing etc.
Hmm, of course i slept in the bus for quite some time although they played the movie - Knowing and Dragonball Evolution. Photobucket

Chit-chating, yawning and sleeping. These were what i have done inside the bus.
Tik tok, time passed by and it was 1.30pm.
We arrived at the Corus Hotel. As we were running out of time, we simply got a taxi which cost us RM20 just to travel to our accommodation - Corona Inn, Bukit Bintang. Photobucket

The rooms were not that good, especially mine, with a lame TV which the screen kept scrolling.
But honestly, the rooms were clean and reasonable for the price we have paid.
Just after keeping our stuffs inside our rooms, we sought around for what to have as our lunch.

Finally, we went to Jogoya Restaurant for buffet.
The food there was fantastic!! Photobucket
You scream, i scream, we scream for Häagen-Dazs® and New Zealand Natural ice cream (available in the buffet).
There was also hot and tasty chocolate which flows to form a fountain. 5-star rated!! Photobucket

My stomach was going to burst as i ate a lot. ><
We walked around Star Hill Gallery and Pavilion.
Damn it, the goods there were so expensive! @.@

At night, we went for Christmas countdown.
The Bintang Walk was so crowded. People were spraying one another with snow sprays.
White snow and ashes were found everywhere.
We included ourselves in the coundown too. It was a crazy night, but we have rocked our night. Photobucket
3..2..1..Merry Christmas!!! Fireworks rose above the air!Photobucket

Christmas Day @ Midvalley City & Times Square.

Hmm, went to Midvalley Megamall and The Gardens.
Did some shopping and enjoyed ourselves. Photobucket

At night, we walked to Berjaya Times Square.
The Christmas decorations there were nice and simply. I just love them!
Hmm, bought some stuffs too.

Finally, our stomach started to starve. Therefore, we decided to have something special as our supper instead of those fast food.
We had our supper at restaurant nearby Jalan Alor.
The grilled fish was appetizing!Photobucket

Boxing Day @ Sunway Lagoon.

So, do you think you could just enjoy the excitement just at the amusement parks and modern theme parks??
Then, you are absolutely wrong.
Guess what, i had a horrific ride from my inn to Sunway Lagoon at a taxi which traveled at an average speed of 120km/h.Photobucket
We took that as warm up exercise! haha.

Finally, we arrived at the lagoon.

We have spent about 45 mins queuing for purchasing the entering wrist watch. So crowded there la. =.=
One more thing, I located all my stuffs including my phone inside the locker.
So, not much pictures were taken. Paiseh.

Firstly, we walked the hanging bridge which is long and slanting.
Well, we were not much afraid of that.
Then, we took the pirate ship. That made me sick, but it was fun! Photobucket
After trying all the rides available, we went for the water park.
Unfortunately, it started to rain. Aikss =[

As we intended to go back, we went for the wrong direction in the park.
For God's sake, we found that the water park is opened once again.
Of course, we played and did enjoy ourselves!

Although the entrance fee was not cheap, but we really did have a lot of fun.
It was worth it as we were in the park from 11am to 6pm.
Cheers!

Last Day @ Sunway Pyramid.

Checked out and said Goodbye to our inn.
Then, we departed to Sunway Pyramid.
Phew, luckily, no more crazy taxi drivers. XD

At Sunway Pyramid, me and my wife did lots and lots of shopping.
We did not stop shopping until 5pm as our bus was about to arrive at Sunway Pyramid.

We went up the bus and waved goodbye to KL.
So unlucky, the bus was lame and it kept stopping by the petrol station and highway.
That wasted us about an hour, maybe?
But, we enjoyed the sunset right there at the highway. It was amazing. Photobucket

Jeez, finally we were at the Penang Bridge toll. Damn, traffic jam like hell!
Photobucket

We backed to Penang at the end of the day, about 12am.
So exhausted and sleepy. Zzz.

KL, I will be back!
