The Getaway.

Wow, i can see a smile on everybody's face.
The atmosphere was very noisy and happy, fulled of chit-chatting.
My wife² and i immediately drove ourselves to a petrol station nearby, to refill some petroleum and of course to have our car checked.
It is better to have some checkups before a road trip, and we will be heading to Bukit Merah Laketown Resort!
Alright, the car is in a good condition and we had Mc Donald's for breakfast, yummy.
Better recharge myself with a cup of hot coffee.






Yummy and we're ready to go right now.
This was the first time my wife² and i travel beyond the island, driving by ourselves.
Surely, we were gaining some experience on the road.
It took us only 45 minutes to reach Bukit Merah.




First impression, the weather there was hot, even worst than Penang.
I can feel that my skin is burning!
Without hesitating, we purchased the water Eco combo which includes entrance tickets to the water park, Eco park and chairlift or skycycle.
We've rented two lockers and an inflatable double tube.
Let's see what we've got on our checklist.
The one and only, sunscreen application, checked!
Time waits for no man.
My wife² and i can't wait to bathe ourselves in the cool and cold water.

Fantastic ride, looks and feels like a jelly ice cream.


Dynamite, the Boomerang!! My wife² was terrified by this exotic ride.




Unfortunately, i didn't bring along my camera to the Eco park due to some inconveniences.
The atmosphere in the Eco park is really like forest-like, very natural.
Honestly, i will be very afraid if i am alone there.
There are beautiful peacocks, black bear cats, gigantic and tiny snakes, horrifying crocodiles, deer, apes etc.
It was a nice and wet trip.
The next time when my wife² and i are travelling abroad, surely it will be a wet trip again.
